Vista Mar was built in 2003 as a Custom Line variant of the Bavaria 44 AC, distinguishing herself from the standard model with a number of factory upgrades.
Damian bought her in 2021 and has lived aboard ever since, making several passages across the North Atlantic and cruising widely along the European Atlantic seaboard.
Over the years she has had many systems renewed or upgraded, keeping her well-found and ready for offshore sailing.
